We work on a credit basis giving you total freedom to choose what fits your schedule.
1 credit = 25 minute stretch
2 credits = 50 minute stretch
So if you have a 4 credit Thrive membership, you can redeem this for 2 x 50 min stretches or 4x 25 minute stretches, or even 1 x 50 min and 3 x 25 minute stretches. It’s entirely up to you!
Members get access to priority bookings to help you book a stretch session at a time that suits you. Memberships are on a rolling monthly basis for a minimum of 3 months. Unused stretch sessions cannot be rolled over to future months however, feel free to share your membership with up to 3 friends and family members so that they can experience the benefits of a Stretch Life assisted stretching session for themselves.
Your membership will automatically renew, you can cancel memberships with 7 days notice after your initial 3 month period.
Going away on holiday? Memberships can be paused once in a 12 month period (after your initial 3 month minimum period) giving you ultimate flexibility and control over your stretches.
